Agreement and eligibility

By accessing Redemption Gaming’s website, Discord services or connected community features, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. You must meet Discord’s minimum age requirements and any higher minimum age that applies where you live.

Your account

Discord is used to authenticate your Redemption account. Keep your Discord account secure, provide accurate information and do not sell, share or impersonate another person’s account. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Community conduct

You must follow the published Redemption community and roleplay rules, staff directions and applicable law. Do not harass others, evade enforcement, exploit systems, automate abuse, interfere with the service, distribute malicious material or attempt unauthorised access. Staff may remove content, restrict features or suspend accounts to protect the community.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant Redemption a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, adapt and display that content only as reasonably needed to operate, moderate and promote the community. You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit it.

Purchases and entitlements

When commerce is enabled, the checkout provider and applicable terms are displayed before purchase. Digital packages support the community and may provide the described in-game or Discord entitlements. Prices, duration and renewal terms appear at checkout. Refunds are handled under the checkout provider’s process and applicable consumer law. Entitlements may be suspended following a refund, chargeback, fraud, account sanction or service closure.

Availability and changes

Redemption is provided on an “as available” basis. We may change, pause or retire features, content, progression or server access. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, a particular player population or continued compatibility with third-party platforms.

Third-party services

Redemption Gaming is an independent community. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. RedM, Cfx.re, Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, Discord, Tebex and Stripe are separate services with their own terms; use of Redemption does not create an affiliation or endorsement.

Responsibility

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Redemption and its staff are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the platform changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions can be raised with staff through the official Redemption Discord.
