About this policy
Redemption Gaming (“we”, “us” or “Redemption”) operates this independent RedM community, website and connected Discord services. This policy explains what information we handle and why.
Information we collect
- Discord account details used to sign you in, including your Discord ID, username, display name, avatar, email address when supplied by Discord, and relevant server membership or role information.
- Information you add to your Redemption profile and community, including biographies, characters, organisation activity, posts, replies, likes and applications.
- Linked game information, including a private stable player identifier, character details, job or gang information, playtime, presence, session activity and progression.
- Commerce and entitlement records supplied by our checkout providers, such as package, transaction and subscription references. We do not receive or store your full card details.
- Technical and security information such as IP address, browser details, cookies, timestamps and application logs.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate accounts; provide profiles, community tools, server status and leaderboards; link website and game identities; fulfil purchases and entitlements; reconcile Discord roles; moderate the community; prevent abuse; diagnose faults; and keep our services secure.
Who receives information
We use service providers needed to operate Redemption, including Discord, Vercel, Google Cloud, MongoDB Atlas and, when commerce is enabled, the checkout provider shown at purchase such as Tebex or Stripe. Those providers process information under their own terms. We may also disclose information where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users, the community or our services. We do not sell personal information.
Public content and retention
Your public profile and community contributions can be seen by other visitors. We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, enforce community rules and meet security or legal obligations. Removed content or moderation records may remain in backups or restricted records for a reasonable period.
Your choices
You can edit supported profile fields from your account, remove content where those controls are available, and revoke Redemption’s access from your Discord settings. To request access, correction or deletion, contact staff through the official Redemption Discord. Some information may be retained where required for security, moderation or legal reasons.
Security, age and international processing
We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Redemption is not intended for anyone below the minimum age required by Discord or applicable local law. Our providers may process information in countries other than your own.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the platform changes. The date above shows the latest revision. Questions can be raised with the staff team through the official Redemption Discord.
